Richard started this blog back in February 2019 as a companion to the Indiana Transportation History Facebook group. He spent hours researching and writing blog posts here for everyone’s education and enjoyment. It pleased him to see others as interested in Indiana transportation history as he was. When he started this blog, his goal was to post one blog post per day and he kept goal up until he passed away on January 22, 2021 at the age of 53.
